The first step, even before hitting the road, was taken by the time we started believing in our common goals. The idea of starting something on your own often comes from the unknown depth of your subconscious. Whether it is a positive ambition or some extraordinary circumstances, most of the times the subconscious makes us dream and pretend success.
The decision, on the other hand, to take action and to believe in your chance, comes after an objective observation of the investment and the benefit that your venture implies. And our belief is that investing in the human capital may turn out to be a success. We have decided to dream of a united team, joined in success for the common benefit. Learning, struggling and succeeding together.

Asteptam criticile dumneavoastra si va multumim pentru aprecierile dezinteresate postate la vedere (aici nu se dau, nici nu se primesc atentii). Se primesc totusi atentionarile dumneavoastra si vizitele inopinate. Cateodata si cele anuntate. Si uneori suntem atenti la ceea ce postam, dar de cele mai multe ori ne pasa ceea ce comentati dumneavoastra. Dar negam orice legatura cu micile atentii mentionate anterior. Noi facem lucruri mari si bune. Incercam sa evitam micimea.
