The first step, even before hitting the road, was taken by the time we started believing in our common goals. The idea of starting something on your own often comes from the unknown depth of your subconscious. Whether it is a positive ambition or some extraordinary circumstances, most of the times the subconscious makes us dream and pretend success.
The decision, on the other hand, to take action and to believe in your chance, comes after an objective observation of the investment and the benefit that your venture implies. Despre Alnost

Primul pas, chiar inainte de a pleca la drum, l-am facut deja in clipa in care am inceput sa credem in visurile noastre comune. Ideea de a intreprinde ceva pe cont propriu vine de multe ori din locuri nebanuite ale subconstientului. Fie ca este vorba de o ambitie constructiva, fie ca este vorba de oportunitati deosebite, de cele mai multe ori subconstientul ne determina sa visam si sa pretindem succesul.
Decizia, pe de alta parte, de a trece la fapte concrete, de a crede in visuri, vine in urma unei evaluari obiective a investitiei si a beneficiului implicat. Astfel ca investind in oameni si in potentialul lor suntem convinsi ca se poate ajunge la succes si ca acesta poate fi impartit in mod egal. Noi am decis sa visam la o echipa unita pentru beneficiul comun. Sa invatam, sa muncim si sa crestem impreuna.
